APEX™ Wafers

Life BioScience Inc offers APEX™ Glass Ceramic wafers  for sale to qualified customers who have the processing tools to fabricate microdevices. Standard wafers sizes are 100mm and 150mm diameters and .5mm and 1.0mm in thickness. Custom wafer thicknesses are available upon request. The APEX™ Glass is available as a single or double-side polished product.

10001: 100mm, 0.5mm thick, double-side polish
10002: 100mm, 1.0mm thick, double-side polish
10003: 150mm, 0.5mm thick, double-side polish
10004: 150mm, 1.0mm thick, double-side polish

The minimum order for all wafers is three (3).
