Life MicroFab (LMF) provides all aspects of glass microfabrication services for OEM's looking for glass microdevices, thru glass vias (TGVs) or glass bio-array platforms.
Utilizing the proprietary APEX™ photo-structurable glass from Life BioScience, LMF is able to offer clients a full range of services from product design and development to prototyping and high volume production. Custom microarrays, glass microdevices, TGVs, microfluidic devices, glass microchannels, glass wells and glass micropillars are available for fabrication.

Life BioScience's (LBSI) APEX™ Glass ceramic material enables the precision engineering and fabrication in high volumes of glass microdevices that feature 3D glass microstructures like nanowells, micropillars, microchannels, and TGVs.
LMF will work directly with your product design group to develop a fabrication process for your unique designs for applications like microarrays, bioarrays, microfilters, microfluidics, IC packaging, passive MEMS, and other glass microdevices.

APEX™ Glass is a photo-structurable glass that allows us to utilize time-tested photolithography processing and manufacturing techniques that enables a low cost and high volume capability to fabricate parts in glass and ceramic.
