COLIN BUCKLEY, MD, PHD
Founder / Medical Scientist
Colin Buckley serves as Senior Medical Scientist for LBSI. An accomplished researcher and inventor, Colin has a BS and MS in Chemistry, a PhD in Biomedical Science and a MD degree from the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine. Colin has co-authored 6 patent applications, was a co-inventor of the Sandia National Laboratories µ-Post technology, and leads the development effort for our biomedical / research products.
JEB H. FLEMMING, MS, MBA
Founder / Chief Engineering Officer
Jeb serves as our Company's technology architect and chief engineer. While at Sandia National Laboratories, Jeb was the principal developer of the innovative µ-Post technology, which won a R&D 100 award in 2007. Jeb has been the inventor or co-inventor on more than 10 patent applications and has led the development work associated with our innovative substrates. Jeb has both a BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering and a MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UNM.
TIM FOSTER
Vice President, Marketing and Sales / Member of Advisory Board
Tim heads the sales and marketing efforts for LBSI. Over the last 20 years, Tim has built several sales organizations from the ground-up to assist semiconductor, MEMS and alternative energy equipment manufacturers with the capability to deliver highly effective business development and customer support capability.
BLAKE RIDGEWAY
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As one of the founders of LBSI, Blake serves as CEO for LBSI. Blake has held several executive and board positions in companies ranging in size from venture-backed start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises. Blake has a MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UNM and has done post-graduate work at the University of Michigan.
DOYLE MILLER
Vice President - Business Development
Doyle brings a vast background of experience in developing high level relationships with customers, government agencies and collaborators. One of the founder's of LBSI, Doyle has been involved in three succesful high-tech start-ups after a long stint with Sandia National Labs.
